Once the form is completed, you will receive a link for making the payment through RazorPay, PayPal, or any major credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation up to 60 days in advance: full refund (minus a €50 administrative fee)
  • Cancellation between 60 and 30 days in advance: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 30 days: no refund

How to Reach Vrindavan

Vrindavan is well connected to major Indian cities and can be easily reached by international travelers.

By Air
The nearest international airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), New Delhi, approximately 150 km from Vrindavan. This is the main arrival point for international flights.

By Road
Vrindavan is well connected by highway and can be reached from Delhi in 3.5 to 5 hours, depending on traffic. Private taxis and festival-organized transfers are the most comfortable and reliable options for foreign visitors.

By Train
The nearest railway stations are Mathura Junction (MTJ). Mathura is approximately 15 km from Vrindavan and is well connected to Delhi and other major cities. From Mathura, local taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available.

Festival Transfers
For the convenience of international participants, airport transfers from Delhi to Vrindavan will be available on designated arrival and departure dates. Detailed instructions will be shared after registration.
